Patagonia Micro Puff Jacket
Save 30%: Since it came out in the fall of 2017, Patagonia’s Micro Puff Jacket has been our choice for the best synthetic insulated jacket. Simply put, it strikes the perfect balance of warmth and weight (it’s the lightest insulated jacket that Patagonia has made to date). The secret to its innovation is a new type of insulation called PlumaFill that’s made up of down-mimicking polyester fibers that are secured together in one continuous, fluffy line, which zig-zags around beneath its ripstop nylon shell.
That Patagonia has released new variations of the Micro Puff by no means makes the jacket obsolete. If anything, it’s further verification that it, and it’s fluffy filling, work pretty damn well. Right now the Micro Puff is 30 percent off at Backcountry — a savings of $75. — Tanner Bowden
Red Wing Heritage Postman Boot
Save 50%:In 1954, Minnesota-based Red Wing Shoes built a sturdy black oxford shoe for the Postal Service. The style No. 101 featured a smooth black upper, moldable insole and durable outsole, and was designed to stand up to daily use on mail routes. Red Wing Heritage recently revived the style, updating it with a black cushion crepe wedge sole. They also created a chukka and boot, based on the original model, to compliment the low-profile oxford.
Now at Nordstrom Rack, you can save 50 percent on a pair of ridiculously sharp Postman Boots. The American-made style features a 6” black leather upper from the S.B. Foot Tanning Company and a black wedge sole. The toe box is distinctly different than other Red Wing boots, making it a versatile option to dress up or dress down. Available in sizes 7 to 13, this boot now costs just $135 — that’s less than many sneakers. — John Zientek

Save Up to $300: There’s a massive sale on Bell Helmets right now, just in time for the 2019 riding season. All styles have markdowns so no matter what kind of riding you’re looking to get done, you’ll be able to save on a new lid. The dirt-focused MX-9 is currently 19 percent off, and you can even grab a vintage-styled Bullitt at a 42 percent markdown. But, the biggest savings, by far, are on the Bell Star line where you can look forward to saving $300 on a top-notch lid. — Bryan Campbell
Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H9i Noise-Canceling Headphones
Save $143: If there’s an issue with Bang & Olufsen’s wireless noise-canceling headphones, the Beoplay H9i, it’s the price. The headphones normally cost $500, which is $150 more than the Sony WH-1000XM3 and Bose QC35 II. Of course, Bang & Olufsen’s speakers and headphones have always had more of a focus on design and fashion, so the Beoplay H9i has been a solid option for anybody who wants good noise-canceling headphones that look a tier above everything else.
