Five grills were released in Michelin-starred chef Heston Blumenthal’s partnership with Australian kitchenware brand Everdure. But it’s the CUBE — a $200 charcoal grill that’s all of 16 inches long, 13-and-a-half inches deep and 9 inches tall (not exactly a cube, but still) — that has our attention.

The new grill features cool-touch handles that fold down for storage, a removable coal tray and a lid that snaps on with a pair of clamps. The total cooking surface may be less than ideal for groups more than three, but looks like it can reliably chargrill a few chicken breasts (or a couple of steaks) at a time. In the hunt for a grill that’s easily stashable, uses charcoal and isn’t a chore to carry up to an apartment rooftop, the CUBE looks like an interesting option at the very least. It comes in grey, orange, olive and black.
