Yesterday we published a deal on LG’s UltraFine 4K displays — normally $700 on Apple’s website, but Amazon was selling it for $200 — and while that deal has expired, today we’ve found a good deal on another monitor: LG’s 34-inch UltraWide monitor (34UM88C-P).
Originally released in 2016, the LG 34UM88C-P doesn’t have the same level of resolution as the LG UltraFine 4K monitor, but it’s more of a productivity beast. It’s huge, first and foremost, with a split-screen mode that makes multitasking really easy. It also has a number of HDMI, USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt 2.0 ports so you can connect and charge pretty much all of your devices. It’s decent for playing games, too, although its 60Hz refresh rate won’t be good enough for serious gamers.
On LG’s website, the LG 34UM88C-P monitor goes for $700, but you can find it on Amazon for $547. However, if you’re looking for an even better deal, hope on over to eBay — it’s going for as low as $455. It’s a manufacturer refurbished model, granted, but it’s still a great deal. (Plus, eBay offers 30-day money-back return policy, just in case.)
