Microsoft just introduced a pair of interesting new dual-screen devices. The Surface Neo is a dual-screen tablet that can function like a laptop or be used as a foldable two-screen tablet. The other is called Surface Duo, a smaller, more phone-like foldable that runs on a version of Android that Microsoft developed with Google’s help. Available Holiday 2020.
