If you travel a lot and like to take multiple watches with you, a watch roll, case or pouch is a worthy investment. It’ll keep your watch protected and make it easier to find in your luggage. These new pouches from Worn & Wound, as it so happens, will be even easier to find thanks to some bold, neon colors that make the pouches look suspiciously a lot like the pencil cases my friends and I had in elementary school. This, to clarify, is a good thing, and if that’s not your thing a few are available in decidedly more-reserved colorways.

Nostalgic, jovial colors aren’t the only things these pouches have going for them, though. The shell is made from durable 1000D nylon, while the inner pocket uses a soft, elastic neoprene that will protect the crystal of your watch. A shock cord runs around the outside to secure the top flap to the rest of the pouch when your watch is in transit. Worn & Wound says the pouch is made in the United States, in New York City no less; considering that, the $49 seems more than reasonable for a well-crafted, watch-protecting blast from the past.
