Verdict: Ever since the Divers Sixty-Five debuted in 2015, Oris has been keen to continue adding to the lineup with new designs. And why wouldn’t it? The Divers Sixty-Five has been a hit with watch enthusiasts for both its relatively low price and excellent vintage-inspired design. This year, Oris continues that trend with a new version.

While this iteration of the Divers Sixty-Five features a case made from stainless steel, the watch’s bezel is now made from bronze, adding some warmth and the potential to patina with age. To make the watch’s black dial cohesively fit with the new bezel material, it has hands and hour markers finished in PVD rose gold. All in all, it’s a subtle take on the two-tone design scheme, but the boldest change here is the case sizes on offer: 40 and 36mm. The latter is incredibly small for a modern dive watch.

Who It’s For: The 36mm offering is smart for two reasons. First of all, that size is on par with early divers made in the ’50s and ’60s, so it’s sure to win over hardcore vintage enthusiasts who bemoan the overall ballooning of modern watches. Secondly, the 36mm Divers Sixty-Five will likely appeal to women who want a mechanical dive watch but aren’t so keen on the oversized watch trend.
