Converse Jack Purcell Sneakers
Save 20%:Canadian badminton ace Jack Purcell designed his eponymous canvas sneaker back in the 1930s. Over the past eight decades, the style has gone essentially unchanged. It features a lightweight canvas upper, a rubber outsole with a signature ‘smile’ across the toe and medial eyelets for breathability. In the crispy white colorway, it’s an essential spring sneaker: breathable, lightweight, casual. Normally $65, the style is 20 percent off at East Dane and now costs just $52. A range of sizes are still available but act fast because they’re selling quickly.

Glerups Sale
The conception you have about slippers — that they’re fluffy, indoors-only shoes — it’s wrong. Not entirely, (most slippers likely fit that description), but some examples refute it, elevating the slipper to something that’s not only cozy but practical too.

Glerups is perhaps the best example. They’re made in Denmark with a mix of soft white wool from New Zealand and Gotland wool that’s felted, so it has a hardier texture that’s plush without looking like it. They’re warm too, and the family that came up with them was thoughtful enough to make a version with a rubber sole that can handle grass, dirt and snow should you want to wear them beyond the limits of the front door (my pair has become my après ski shoe of choice).

Rubber-soled Glerups slippers are currently on sale at Huckberry in various colors and in shoe and ankle boot heights.

All-Clad Stainless Steel Cookware
Save Up to 70% All-Clad’s covetable cookware has been the option for high-end stainless steel since the brand literally invented bonded cookware in 1971. The only knock against them? That price tag.

Today, however, is a mammoth exception — the All-Clad factory seconds sale is live.

If there were ever a time to invest in a few pieces of peerless cookware, this is it — these are the lowest prices you’ll find on unused All-Clad outside of visiting the company’s in-person seconds sale at the factory. Congratulations on your new pans. —Will Price

Orient Ray II Automatic Watch
Save 60%: Japanese brand Orient offers some of the best value in mechanical watches, of which the Ray II Automatic is a perfect example. Legible, water-resistant to 200m, topped with a mineral crystal, and packing an automatic movement with 40 hours of power reserve, this is a handsome and highly wearable diver with a 41.5mm case. — Zen Love

Mystery Ranch Urban Assault Backpack
Save 28%: In 1985 the founder of Mystery Ranch, Dana Gleason, invented a revolutionary internal frame design called ArcFlex that permanently changed how pack makers think about load bearing. But Gleason and co-founder Renee Sippel-Baker hit their stride when Navy SEALs approached them in search of custom packs. Now they craft bags for the military, backcountry firefighters and the US Forest Service, but they haven’t forgotten the everyday outdoorsman.

The Urban Assault pack, which is currently 28 percent off at Massdrop in lots of colors, utilizes the same technical design features that make Mystery Ranch bags suitable for the most rigorous users but it includes features that make it ideal for the urban inhabitant. It’s made with 500-denier Cordura nylon and has a unique three-zipper opening system, two internal accessory pockets, a laptop sleeve and a quick-access lid pouch. It also employs a fixed-harness frame system, which allows the commuter-friendly pack to perform like a high-end expedition backpack. — Tanner Bowden

Suunto Core Military Smartwatch
Save 41%:

I do not have any plans to go on a backpacking or camping trip anytime soon, but if I did, I think I’d spring for this Suunto Core watch. And that’s not just because it is marked down by 41% (although that helps).

Other than just looking cool with its all-black case, strap and face, the watch features a handful of genuinely useful features. An altimeter tracks how many feet you climb on any given hike while a compass helps guide you along your path. Just useful as those features are the barometer, weather trend graph and storm alarm system. The trio works together to read the atmosphere, predict changing conditions and let you know in advance if things are going to get hairy. Oh yeah, and it tells time. These are all things I would’ve liked to have had on my last camping trip.

Marshall Acton Wireless Speaker
Save Over 50% With its classic Marshall styling and analog output controls, the Acton wireless speaker looks just like what you’d plug into for your best Angus Young impersonation. But unlike the massive multi-tier audio systems Marshall made its name with, this home speaker makes the most of smaller spaces and modern wireless tech.

This small-but-powerful unit boasts up to 50 watts of audio output, plus classic analog-style controls for bass, treble and volume, and it manages to pack some serious sound into a package that’s less than 11 inches wide. For a portable tabletop speaker it offers an awful lot, with Bluetooth connectivity to boot — and best of all, it’s hugely discounted on eBay right now. — Andy Frakes
