And that’s really what this is, even more than your typical watch: a fashion accessory. The TTT is designed to be stacked on your arm like jewelry, and its small size is closer to a bracelet than it is to most watches.

But it still is a watch, meaning it provides some actual, useful functionality. Its large digital display has just two modes: time and month-and-date, which can be alternated and adjusted by the two buttons on the sides of the case. The design is inspired by vintage digital watches and is meant to be no-frills, giving you only the information you need in a clearly legible and simple-to-use format.

Just above the screen is a Timex logo in Dimepiece’s signature shade of light purple, adding just a hint of color to the watch, which is available in either plain stainless steel or gold-tone.

The finishing on the case and bracelet is intended to be jewelry-like and looks pretty good for ~$150.

Pricing and availability

The Teeny Tiny Timex has all the ingredients to be another hit from Timex. I can already envision collectors — male and female — rocking a row of these on their arm at Watches and Wonders next year, with the on-trend jewelry-like size, retro digital inspiration and Dimepiece stamp of approval all adding up to a miniature hype machine.

Also likely aiding in the watch’s success is its price, which thankfully is small enough to match the teeny, tiny case. The TTT is priced at just $149 for the plain steel version and $159 for the glam-approved gold-tone. I recommend getting at least one of each.
