007 x adidas UltraBOOST Collection

To mark the release of the upcoming 25th James Bond film No Time To Die, adidas has created a limited capsule collection. Based off the  UltraBOOST DNA and UltraBOOST 20 silhouettes, the “White Tuxedo” and “Black Tuxedo” BOOST variants feature 007 branding in unique colorways based on shades of black, white, & gray. Available September 24.

Nike Blends Old & New in Fresh Air Max Pre-Day

Nike’s latest addition to the Air Max legacy is the all-new Air Max Pre-Day. Named for running legend Steve Prefontaine, it merges 70s-era styling cues with modern tech. Recycled materials throughout the upper compliment a re-designed & streamlined Air Max outsole with a big window to display the airbag. Available on Air Max Day, March 26.

Nike Trots Out ZoomX VaporFly NEXT% 2

The latest & greatest from the Nike Running lab is the ZoomX VaporFly NEXT% 2, a fresh, race-focused runner in the ZoomX range. It retains the articulated carbon plate shank and a lightweight but durable rubber outsole with low-profile grooved treading. The upper is breathable mesh featuring asymmetric lacing to provides instep support and comfort for going farther faster. Available March 25.

The North Face Puts Spring in Your Step with VECTIV Footwear

With the goal of reducing impact and maximizing energy return, The North Face’s newest footwear tech is a system called VECTIV that brings carbon fiber and composite plates to their trail running and hiking range. Utilizing rocker in the outsole, these shoes reduce downhill tibial impact, offering lightweight construction plus enhanced forward spring & energy return. VECTIV debuts in eight run and hike styles.

Spring Ahead: Adidas Introduces UltraBoost21

The UltraBoost—Adidas’ most popular runner—has once again been updated & upgraded. The UltraBoost 21 retains a full-length Boost midsole but now has 6% more cushy foam than its predecessor. The shoe’s torsion system has also been juiced: it features LEP technology—Linear Energy Push—a 15% increase in forefoot rigidity for a more responsive stride. The upper is constructed with at least 50% Parley fabrics, comprised of upcycled ocean plastics.

Todd Snyder x New Balance Triborough Collection

New York-based menswear brand Todd Snyder & New Balance teamed up to create a fresh, elevated capsule of classic American-Made 997s. The Triborough Collection features the brand’s “Flying NB” logo on the quarter—which graced the original 997 when it debuted thirty years ago in 1990. Choose from navy, burgundy, or classic dad gray.

Nike ACG Tackles Winter Weather with Gore-Tex

Merging urban style & outdoor sport, Nike’s versatile ACG footwear line is popping off for the holidays. The 2020 Holiday capsule includes winterized, Gore-Tex clad versions of both the ACG Air Nasu & the  ACG Mountain Fly shoes, offering weatherproof performance for all-terrain winter adventure. Both shoes will be available in early November.

Nike x Undefeated Unveil Kobe 5 Proto “Hall Of Fame” Edition

In honor of the late, great Kobe Bryant, Nike and Undefeated have partnered up on a special edition shoe to mark his posthumous induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The Kobe 5 Proto “Hall Of Fame” features a gold & purple colorway in a mix of luxe materials. A red-to-purple gradient swoosh features numbers 24, 8, & 10, denoting his 2 Lakers jerseys and one from USA Basketball. Release date TBD.

Converse Dunks One with the All-Star BB Evo

The latest evolution of the Chuck Taylor All-Star is the mid-top BB Evo, a performance basketball shoe developed with a group of rising NBA & WNBA pro players. The shoe features a streamlined light mesh and textile upper and a Nike React midsole for cushioning. A distinctive wraparound diamond-pattern outsole with a retro-inspired foxing stripe completes the design. Available August 1.

Air VaporMax 2020 Flyknit is Nike’s Most Sustainable Shoe Yet

Designed from the ground up to be Nike’s most sustainable shoe, the Air VaporMax 2020 Flyknit is constructed with 50% recycled content. There are a few qualifiers but this minimalist high-tech runner achieves a standard of efficiency & sustainability called Circular Design. The shoe features the brand’s first full-length VaporMax air unit and the Flyknit upper is made of yarn containing 67 percent post-industrial recycled content. Available July 23.

Nike ACG’s Air Zoom AO Tackles All Environments

Nike’s trendsetting ACG lineup just added the Air Zoom AO, a versatile & amphibious active-outdoor shoe designed for nature walks, summit pushes, and everything in between. Jordan Reveals Air Zoom Renegade Runner

The latest Zoom Air-equipped runner from Nike’s Jordan brand is called the Renegade. With a look that mirrors the Air Zoom Alphafly NEXT%, this new shoe features a translucent TPE upper, 2 red Zoom Air pucks under the EVA midsole, and debuts in a red/black/white color scheme called “Infrared 23.” Available soon via Nike.com

Nike Unveils New Pegasus Trail 2

The swoosh is giving off-road runners something to be hyped about as summer amps up. The all-new Pegasus Trail 2 adds a fresh silhouette to Nike’s trail running lineup, joining the Terra Kiger, Wildhorse 6, and its predecessor the Pegasus 36 Trail, this lean, well-cushioned runner looks tough and quick. It features a React foam midsole with Zoom Air in the forefoot for rebound.

York Athletics Made a Sweatshirt Shoe

Upstart footwear brand York Athletic just dropped a fresh variant of its popular Henry trainer. The Henry Sweatshirt features an upper of sweatshirt jersey material, a breathable and durable custom-engineered knit that offers functional 2-way stretch. A custom PU foam sock liner provides cushioning and moisture wicking and its lightweight EVA midsole is finished with a gum rubber outsole.

Nike’s Air Pegasus 37 is the First To Feature React Foam

The iconic Nike Air Pegasus is running strong into middle age. Nike has again updated their long-running runner in a fresh iteration, the Air Pegasus 37. The insole got upgraded to React foam for the first-time ever and padding comes from a double-thickness Zoom puck in the forefoot, making it lighter and more reactive than the outgoing model. Available April 30.

Nike’s Adapt Auto Max is the Latest Auto-Lacing Swoosh

Nike shocked sneakerheads around the world with this unexpected drop. Scheduled for its debut on 03/26, AirMax Day 2020, the release of the Adapt Auto Max marks the first auto-lacing Air Max made for the masses.
