Your EDC Is Missing a Flashlight. Fill the Gap for as Little as $37.
Save up to 40%: Flashlights are an often-overlooked accessory in the periphery of your EDC. Knives, wallets and multitools get all of the attention, but a solid, pocket-sized flashlight can be just as important. Sure, everyone has a “flashlight” in their smartphone these days, but the photo flash-turned flashlights are weak in comparison to the LED lumen power of a dedicated EDC flashlight — and they don’t look nearly as good either. — AJ Powell

Orbitkey Organizers
Save 20%: I’m not a huge EDC guy. I don’t have a valet tray of knicks and knacks by my bed or anywhere in my house for that matter. My messenger bag isn’t stuffed to the brim with things I could use should I find myself lost in the wilderness on my commute to Manhattan and back. Orbitkey’s clever little key organizers, however, is an exception to my EDC-less lifestyle. Put simply, it holds your keys (up to seven) in a way that inhibits the keys from the evil deeds they commit when you sit down, shift slightly or god forbid put your phone in your pocket with them. A simple loop is fastened by a single, adjustable screw and that is literally it. There are extra bits you can purchase (like the mini-multitool I use), but this hyper-simple, hyper-smart product fixes an issue that needed fixing. The three black options — rubber, canvas and, my favorite, leather — are on Massdrop now for roughly 20 percent off their usual price. — Will Price

Levi’s Barstow Western Shirt
Save 31%: The Western shirt is a quintessential American garment. The snap-front style was first introduced by Jack Weil’s Denver-based brand Rockmount Ranch Wear in 1946. After that, numerous other brands iterated on the style — a slim-fit design with yokes that cover the shoulders, snap-button cuffs, a snap-button placket and unique chest pockets (e.g. sawtooth pockets, smile pockets). One of the enduring versions is made by Levi’s. A logical success for the brand that popularized denim, Levi’s offered the Western shirt in its recognizable fabric. The California brand now makes a few different styles of the shirt, and its most accessible model is on sale at Zappos for 31 percent off. That means you can get an iconic American shirt for just $41. — John Zientek

UE Blast
Save $50: The Blast and Megablast are Ultimate Ears’ first portable and rugged Bluetooth speakers that work with Alexa. When at home and connected to wi-fi, you can ask Alexa to play/pause to the song, tell you the weather or set alarms. And when you take the speakers outside, they work like traditional Bluetooth speakers. They’re essentially better-sounding versions of Amazon’s Echo Tap ($99). If there was a drawback the UE Blast, the smaller of the two speakers, it was the price. However now it seems like the UE Blast just dropped from $230 to $180 — that’s $50 off and the lowest we’ve seen it fall to ever. You can get it on Amazon, Target or Best Buy for $180, now. — Tucker Bowe

Yeti Coolers and More

Frank and Oak Spring Sale
Save 25%: Frank And Oak is not a place for the fad-chasing hypebeasts of the world — it’s a no bullshit brand who makes no bullshit clothes. The five-year-old company aims to make clothes you’ll be able to wear for more than just a few seasons and do so at prices that aren’t eye-watering. This goal is tended to be a focus on modern cuts of bonafide classics like the Oxford button-down and slim (but not skinny) stretch jeans. Ethically-sourced material and a commitment to total sustainability (they recently released denim that wastes 80 percent less water than traditional manufacturing techniques) by the end of the year is the icing on the cake. Stocked with pocket tees, joggers, blazers and underwear, Frank And Oak offers a simple, no-hassle alternative to scraping the entire internet for decent pick-ups — and from March 29 through April 3, those pick-ups are getting even more affordable.

Beoplay H8 Wireless ANC Headphones
Save $200: The Beoplay H8 are Bang & Olufsen’s lavish and wireless active noise-canceling headphones. Released in 2015, the on-ear headphones are made of metal and leather and they sound like you’d expect from a Bang & Olufsen pair of headphones — excellent. However, the company recently released the next-gen version of the Beoplay H8, the Beoplay H8i, which come with a few new features and USB-C charging, and they’ve taken the place of the Beoplay H8 in the Bang & Olufsen lineup. All this means is that you can now find some pretty great deals on the Beoplay H8. Originally $500, you can now snag them on Amazon for as low as $299, depending on the color.

Hamilton Jazzmaster Maestro
Save $340: Hamilton’s Jazzmaster lineup is full of great, Americana-infused dress watches. Take this Maestro model, for example, which blends rose-gold, old-school Arabic numerals with a classy, brushed dial. The sculpted lugs and small seconds sub-dial also look like they were ripped from a ’50s dress watch. The 40mm case ensconces an ETA 2895-based automatic movement inside. Thanks to some solid markdowns from Macy’s, you can get all this mid-century magnificence for well under a grand. — Andrew Connor

Pendleton Board Shirt
Save 33%: Before neoprene wetsuits were available, surfers in California would slather themselves in petroleum jelly and wear a wool shirt from Pendleton to fight off the Pacific’s cold. The technique was so popular that the Beach Boys, originally called the Pendletones, can be seen wearing the shirt on the cover of Surfin’ Safari, their 1962 debut album.

Though a lot has changed in wetsuit technology in the past half-century, Pendleton’s design remains unchanged. No longer a necessity for battling cold-water, the Board Shirt is now Pendleton’s best selling shirt. Cut from machine-washable wool from Umatilla County, Oregon, the shirt has two chest flap pockets, a button closure and straight back yoke with side pleats. If this classic American shirt resonates with you, Zappos is now offering 33 percent off of the Blue Beach Boys Plaid colorway. — John Zientek

Timex Weekender With Horween Strap
Save 50%: If you want to buy a watch strap made from Horween leather, be prepared to put down, at least, around $50. For the same amount of money, you could go out and buy a Timex Weekender, a simple (but handsome) vintage-style analog wristwatch. Or you can take advantage of this fifty-percent markdown from Huckberry and get both a Form•Function•Form Horween leather strap and a Timex Weekender in the same package for the same amount of money. Whether or not you want to look at like you’re getting the strap or the watch for free, there’s no doubting that’s an incredible amount of wrist candy for the money. — Andrew Connor

Common Projects Achilles Low-Tops
Save 30%: The forefather of the low-profile, minimalist sneaker movement, a pair of Common Projects’s Achilles — sporting the trademark gold-lettered serial number and size — remain at the top of the list for most-wanted luxury kicks. A spring and summer staple, a limited size run of Achilles Lows in white, black, beige, rose and taupe are 30 percent off at Wrong Weather — cutting more than $100 off the usual price. The Italian-made sneakers also feature a rubber sole, padded tongue and a 100 percent Italian leather upper. — Will Price

Huckberry, for instance, has the blue dial V3 version for sale right now for just $121. — Andrew Connor

You’re essentially buying the headphones straight up, and getting a $100 rugged and wireless speaker for free. — Tucker Bowe

Panasonic Rechargeable AA-Batteries
Save $15: Rechargeable batteries are one of those office necessities you don’t talk about. Because if you’re talking about them, then there’s probably a problem. I’m not going to glorify these particular rechargeable batteries too much, but we use them in our office. In our wireless mice and keyboards. And they just work. Right now, Amazon is having a special deal on Panasonic’s rechargeable AA-batteries. You can buy a 12-pack for $25, which is $13 off. The charging dock isn’t included, granted, but you can pick that up for $18 (here). If you need a lot of rechargeable batteries, like in an office setting, I recommend jumping on these.

Brooks Brothers Slim-Fit Dress Shirts
Save $107:
As lofty as it sounds, you could make a very strong case that Brooks Brothers, the historic fashion house that suited everyone from Abraham Lincoln to Cary Grant, basically invented the modern dress shirt. And today, you can take advantage of its Wardrobe Event and pick up three for $169 — just in time for wedding season. — Jack Seemer

Brooks Brothers Long Wingtips
Save 48%: Pebble-grain leather adds a distinct texture to dress shoes. A type of corrected-grain leather, it is produced at a tannery by either embossing with a pressing plate or roller under high pressure. This process hides slight imperfections such as stretch marks or blemishes, ensuring more of the hide can be used. Considered less formal than smooth calfskin, the additional texture needs slightly different care than traditional leathers (use a light polish to prevent wax buildup in the leather grooves). If you’d like to introduce this unique appearance into your footwear rotation, consider a pair of Long Wingtips from Brooks Brothers. Made in the USA, they feature Goodyear welt construction and traditional broguing. They’re also 48 percent off and will only run you $224. — John Zientek

Vitamix 5200 Blender
Save $80: More often than not there’s some debate within a market as to which product reigns supreme. Not the case in the blender world.

The Vitamix 5200 is a superlative blender — aircraft-grade steel blades break down virtually any substance, hard or soft, and the variable speed gauge can spin fast enough to create a frictional heat that aids in ingredient breakdown and is able to bring cold frozen items to piping hot in 6 minutes. The chamber holds up to 64 ounces safely, meaning it’s meant for making more than smoothies on the weekend (though it can do that plenty well, too). Toss the ingredients for a soup in, turn the switch for 10 or so minutes and you’ll have a hot, perfectly pureed soup without ever turning on a stove. It can make non-dairy milks, nut butter, knead dough, batters and grinds even small ingredients like seeds down to a fine, uniform form. It’s also exceedingly well-reviewed for a premium product on Amazon (4.5/5 stars), a place prone to crushing reviews on pricier goods, is built in the USA and backed by a solid 7-year warranty program.

The Vitamix 5200 is on sale for $80 under its typical price, nearly an all-time low. — Will Price

Lumintop Tool Copper AAA
Save $20: The Lumintop Tool Copper AAA Flashlight runs on just one AAA battery and shines at three brightnesses — 5, 32, and 110 lumens — and weighs only 1.6oz. Offered in two models, the CREE XP-G2 R5 LED or the Nichia 219 LED, each 3.2-inch pocket-size light is about as long as a deck of cards. Originally retailed for $50, save $20 today on Massdrop when you sign up with email. — Meg Lappe

Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XTherm Camping Mattress
Save $60: The difference between three-season camping gear and four-season camping gear is often, unfortunately, a lot of extra ounces. Sleeping bags, pads and tents that handle spring, summer and fall with ease suddenly flounder when permanent snow and below-freezing temperatures are thrown into the mix. Get a four-season product though, and it’s often too hot and too heavy for use in July.

Therm-a-Rest’s NeoAir XTherm is an exception to that broad brush stroke. Every pad in the NeoAir series is remarkably light — yes, there are even less weighty summer pads than this one — but at just 15 ounces (in the regular length size), the XTherm is a four-season pad that requires no concessions. Fully-inflated, the XTherm is 2.5 inches thick, providing more than enough cush for even the rockiest and rootiest campsites. Its fourth-season warmth comes from Therm-a-Rest’s Thermacapture technology, which traps radiant heat within the pad with reflective foil and an internal triangular baffling system. All this tech makes the XTherm capable of providing comfort in temperatures well below zero degrees Fahrenheit, but despite that, it still packs up to the size of a Nalgene, and in fact, has the best warmth-per-ounce of any sleeping pad available. — Tanner Bowden

Save 40%+: It’s easy to get bogged down in the hoopla of coffee gadgetry. The brushed stainless steel kettle is charmingly uncomplicated — it uses a 1000 watt heater to bring water to temperature quickly, a spare gooseneck spout to pour water slowly and it turns on with a button press (and shuts off automatically). Bonavita prides themselves on this simplicity, an approach that’s allowed two of their home coffee brewers (the BV1900TD and BV1900TS) to be among the mere 13 brewers approved by the Specialty Coffee Association.
The Bonavita Electric Kettle, which typically retails for $60, is on sale for $35 now. — Will Price

UE Wonderboom
Save $40: Ultimate Ears released the Wonderboom — a little waterproof Bluetooth speaker that pumps out 360-degree sound and can float — in early 2017. Originally $99, the Wonderboom is now going for just $60, which is the lowest we’ve seen it drop to. Uniqlo Ultra Light Down Compact Bomber Jacket
Save 33%: Uniqlo’s Ultra Light Down Compact Bomber Jacket is essentially a dead ringer for a military bomber liner. Lined with down, this jacket features a nylon shell, three front pockets and a snap-front closure. Use it as a layering piece for cooler days or as an outer layer as the season warms. The olive colorway pairs well with a range of different outfits and the price is hard to beat — it’s just $40. — John Zientek

Field Skillet
Save 20%: Perhaps the most beautiful thing about buying a cast-iron skillet is the knowledge that you, or whomever you entrust it to, may very well be cooking with it in 100 years. That’s why we get pretty excited when our absolute favorite cast-iron for every day (and outdoor) use is 20 percent off for the whole week.

The Field Skillet is not a newfangled design and it’s not going to be a showpiece like other more artful pieces, but that’s the whole point. At about the weight of a MacBook Pro (4.5 pounds), the Field Skillet is cast very light for a skillet of its size, and it’s easy-gripping handle doubly ensures your off-hand is always free. Its surface is a pre-seasoned, smoothly sheened, near-perfect non-stick surface that’s fried egg-ready out-of-the-box. After testing the skillet thoroughly, the regular price is surprising enough — other new age skillet makers are regularly selling their goods for north of $150 and well into the low $300s. For the remainder of this week, you can pick up a Field for $80 and use it for the rest of your life. Discount applied at checkout. — Will Price

J.Crew Nylon M-65 Jacket
Save 72%: First introduced in 1965, the M-65 field jacket is one of the most iconic pieces of military outerwear. The incredibly versatile silhouette is ideal for civilians, too, and is a solid casual option for cooler days. Now at J.Crew you can save 72 percent on the brand’s updated version of the M-65. Cut from nylon as opposed to cotton, this jacket features a hidden zipper with snap closure, four chest patch pockets and a soft lining. Under Armour Spring Sale
Save 25%: Under Armour’s HeatGear was standard issue for all team practices — and while we’re no longer clamoring to buy some of that, UA still makes high-performing fitness apparel. The great news is that all spring workout gear is 25% off, and there are lots of options. Here are a few of our apparel and sneaker picks to get you started. — Meg Lappe

Glerups Slippers
Save up to 40%: As of last Tuesday, it’s officially spring, although depending on where you are, it may not feel like it. That means swapping beanies for caps and down parkas for rain jackets. It also might mean stashing your favorite winter slippers in the closet — it shouldn’t. Slippers are a year-round thing, especially when they’re as versatile and well-rounded as Glerups.

Glerups are family-made in Denmark with a mix of merino and Gotland wool that’s felted and stitched to either a calfskin or rubber sole. The resulting slipper is clean, modern, and fit for any occasion, and any season. Imagine: an early summer morning, freshly-brewed coffee, dew glittering in the grass. It’s a picture best enjoyed outside, in slippers that can handle the chill, preferably rubber-bottomed so they won’t get trashed. Even when such idyllic scenery isn’t on hand, Glerups make excellent around-the-house footwear, even in warmer temperatures.

Huckberry still has plenty of Glerups in stock in both slip-on and ankle boot profiles, most of which are currently 40 percent off, bringing them down to the lowest prices we’ve ever seen them. — Tanner Bowden

Huckberry Camp Sale
Save 20%: It’s never too early to start preparing for spring weather camping — after all, those days are right around the corner. Some of the necessities (tents, sleeping bags, blankets) are on sale for the next few days. Whether you’re looking to update your gear, or finally committing to something new, this sale is the place to start. Here are a few picks we’re excited about. — Meg Lappe

Fujiwara Kanefusa Kitchen Knives
Save 50%: The path to giving yourself better knives generally begins with a dull knife edge slipping, maybe on a bit of particularly slimy onion skin, into your fingertip. Once the realization that the knife set you were given ages ago isn’t cutting it anymore hits, new knives are in order. Do your finger a favor and skip the first step.

Japanese knifemaker Fujiwara Kanefusa weaves an 800-year old history of blade-making into affordable, gateway-level kitchen knives that are tough and, surprisingly, ergonomic. The Fujiwara Kanefusa FKM Series, which is on Massdrop for nearly half its usual cost, opts to employ a Western-style handle with an elevated back grip — this is a small but useful addition, as Japanese kitchen knives’ handles generally provide very little in the way of grip guidance, which can create a learning curve for those new to them. It’s made out of black pakkawood, a hardwearing material typical of knives meant for daily use. The blade’s Rockwell rating (a scale that measures hardness) of 55-58 is also a few degrees tougher than the Victorinox Fibrox, another immensely popular entry-level knife, and on the same level as what you’d expect from a survival knife. As someone whose sliced, diced, chopped out three years worth of meals with the Santoku model, I can fully attest to its durability.

The deal has five days left and will ship mid-to-late April. It includes the Petty ($36), Santoku ($46) and Gyuto-style ($51) knives (choose your preference at checkout). — Will Price

PolyScience x Breville The Smoking Gun Pro
Save $40: The product of a collaboration between kitchenware giant Breville and kitchenware innovator PolyScience, the Smoking Gun Pro is a Swiss Army knife of flavor. You can load the device with virtually any material that produces unharmful, flavorful smoke — dried flowers, wood chips, teas, herbs, small fruits, etc. — and squeeze it into recipes. The handheld tool features a temperature-adjusting dial, easy self-standing and a one piece smoke chamber that’s exceedingly simple to clean.
The Smoking Gun Pro, which normally retails for $150, is on sale for $113 on Amazon right now. — Will Price

Save 30%: Seattle-based Filson has set the bar for no-B.S. outdoor garments for over 120 years. Its outerwear pairs functional designs with durable materials made to stand up to years of constant use. As the weather transitions and temperatures are too warm for the brand’s Double Mackinaw Cruiser, consider wearing the Quilted Mile Marker jacket. The jacket is lightweight, water-repellent and abrasion-resistant, and features three front pockets, a nylon lining and a moleskin-lined collar. It’s made in the USA, and now for a limited time, it’s 30 percent off. — John Zientek

Columbia River Knife and Tool 5500 K.I.S.S.
Save 20%: There’s not much more you can do to a folder to make it more simple. The basic architecture is a handle, blade and clip — what more is there to do? Well, if Columbia River Knife and Tool went any further with the K.I.S.S., they wouldn’t have a knife at all. The blade folds down, sealing the cutting edge against the one piece handle. Like most other folding blades, a thumb stud is used for a one-handed open action and stopping the blade is an integrated frame lock. At this point, the clip almost feels like an excess. Keeping with the theme of ‘less is more,’ you can now get the CRKT K.I.S.S. at 20% off. — Bryan Campbell

Flint and Tinder Flannel-Lined Waxed Trucker Jacket
Save $55: Waxed canvas predates GORE-TEX as one of the original waterproof materials. The discovery of the material’s rough weather potential came when sailors noticed that wet sails caught wind better than dry sails, and decided to preemptively apply oil to their canvas to make it less permeable. Soon they began cutting sheets from these oiled sails and sewed them into jackets, which, while not perfect, provided an ideal layer against rain and ocean spray.

Now, manufacturers create waxed canvas garments through a process that impregnates cotton with paraffin wax, which yields better water resistance and less color fading. The waxed canvas jacket, once standard attire for sailors, soldiers and outdoorsmen, has mostly been replaced with lighter synthetic materials, but it still maintains its place as a workwear staple and weatherproof style piece.

Flint and Tinder’s Waxed Trucker Jacket stays true to the original style of waxed canvas jackets. It’s made with Martexin seven-ounce sailcloth that’s cut to waist length, in keeping with traditional trucker jacket style. It also contains hand pockets, a chest pocket and metal buttons. The Waxed Trucker goes beyond the typical canvas design with a flannel-lined interior, which makes it the perfect outer layer for the variable weather that accompanies the onset of Spring. Right now, it’s also 25 percent off, which is its lowest price yet. — Tanner Bowden

Staub Braise and Grill Pan
Save 50%: If you’re not familiar with Staub perhaps the quickest indicator of their quality is they are Le Creuset’s largest direct competitor in the world of premium enameled cast-iron. Simpler clean-up and a wider array of cooking options, enameled cast-iron is ideal if you’re looking for cookware that will last and won’t demand extra attention (you don’t need to season enameled cast-iron). The grill pan itself acts as a fitted lid in this instance, and is easily removed when necessary. Prized for heavy-duty durability, Staub’s cookware is cast and twice enameled-coated, and is more resistant to chips and cracking because of it. The Braise and Grill typically retails for a whopping $400 — it’s 50 percent off on Sierra Trading Post right now. — Will Price

Alpinestars Quick Seal Out Two-Piece Rain Suit
Save 20%:Having a rain suit that fits over your riding gear will be a crucial asset in the coming months. Luckily, the Alpinestars Quick Seal Out Two-Piece Rain Suit is on sale just in time. We just got hammered with another nor’easter, but if forecasts are to be believed, it looks like real spring weather is just a week or two away. What that means, though, is you can expect the snow to turn to slush and as soon as that’s gone, sporadic rain showers will be the next annoyance. — Bryan Campbell

Save 15%: A brand based in Chicago, Defy, makes some of the toughest bags available, but you might not know it from first glance. The all-black bags have a minimalist-look, yet stand up to serious endeavors. Each is hand-made with the same material that the troops use today — waterproof 22 oz. M35 military truck tarpaulin. Today, the Bucktown Backpack, Ultimate Overnighter, and R&R Weekender are all 15% off. — Meg Lappe

Patagonia Torrentshell Rain Jacket
Save up to 25%: Spring’s arrival signals a change in daylight hours and precipitation and with that transition comes a requisite adjustment of wardrobe: you’re going to need a rain jacket. The Torrentshell has been Patagonia’s staple rain shell for years and has garnered numerous awards, even earning the top spot on The Wirecutter’s list of “The Best Everyday Rain Jacket.” Patagonia constructed the Torrentshell with its proprietary H2No waterproof membrane and a 50-denier ripstop polyester face fabric to create a jacket with a final weight of 12 ounces. The Torrentshell is also equipped with hand pockets, a deep hood, and zippered underarm vents in case things get toasty.

Alchemy Equipment Top Load Daypack
Save 40%: New Zealand is one of those Goldilocks-zone places where one might ski, surf or hike in the morning and still make it to the office in time for a mid-afternoon meeting. The city to mountain trend is real because of places like New Zealand, where gear transitions between urban and backcountry environments every and perhaps multiple times per day. It’s no wonder that Alchemy Equipment, based in the largest city on the country’s South Island, has managed to create a backpack that truly adapts to any backdrop.

Alchemy Equipment’s 35-liter Top Load Daypack is built like a hiking pack with a sturdy hipbelt and shoulder straps, a lid-style top, side compression straps and heavy-duty ripstop Kodra fabric. The Daypack’s urban-oriented features include a laptop sleeve and seat belt-style straps. But the way in which Alchemy has stylized these components gives the bag a subtle, decidedly non-outdoor look (a lot of black helps, too).

Right now the Daypack can be had on Backcountry for $168, which is 40 percent less than it’s full price. — Tanner Bowden

MSR Hubba NX Tents
Save $110: If any tent could be considered a modern classic, it might just be the Hubba Hubba. MSR’s experience designing tents goes way back — its first shelter debuted in 1973. It built the Hubba Hubba for lightweight backpacking but constructed it with enough space to keep even the once-in-a-while camper will be comfortable. That’s largely a result of an innovative single-unit pole design that stretches the interior walls wide and lifts the tent ceiling at the same time. The result being that the two-person Hubba Hubba is 43 cubic feet in volume, weighs just under four pounds and packs down smaller than most sleeping bags. That makes the tent light enough for multi-day treks and spacious enough for a weekend music festival.
The two-person Hubba Hubba NX is currently marked down by $110 on Massdrop, along with its one-, three- and four-person counterparts. Massdrop is even giving the discount to those interested in the even lighter Fast and Light versions of the Hubba series, which are lighter and smaller than the already-proven classic. — Tanner Bowden

Even now that machines have come to aid the gnarled hands in producing each pair of Hanwag boots, the quality remains.
