Created by Seattle’s PicroBrew, the household appliance can produce craft beer, using the included full-size filter and 5L stainless steel brew keg. Attach the pour-over basket, load it up with ground coffee, and the Pico U can also make hot java, while adding another smaller filter will allow you to brew fusion drinks like kombucha, dry soda, chai, and iced horchata. And when you’ve had enough of that stuff, simply remove the filters and use this versatile device as a single cup coffee brewing machine.
