The Killshot’s story begins in the late 1970s, when it was originally created for indoor court sports like racquetball and squash.
It’s simple mesh-and-suede design quietly served its purpose but didn’t stir the style world—until 2009, when J.Crew revived it.
A collaboration with J. Crew in 2009 elevated the Killshot into a sneaker as a legit casual challenger to other sneaker icons like the Adidas Samba. J.Crew

Harman Kardon is a prominent American audio company with a history dating back to the 1950s. Early on, it was known for its high-end hi-fi components, such as stereo receivers and power amplifiers, but today it’s better associated with its home speakers and automotive sound systems.
Notably, in 2017, Samsung acquired Harman International — the parent company of Harman Kardon (as well as several other heritage hi-fi brands, including, most recently, Marantz, Bowers & Wilkins and Polk Audio). Thus, in recent years, Samsung has leveraged its audio team to bring the “Harman Kardon sound” to its soundbars.
Now, Harman Kardon is introducing a new Dolby Atmos soundbar and wireless system that appears poised to compete with Sonos’s new Arc Ultra. In fact, it even beats it in a few key ways.

The GA100GGB-1A9 also has a completely golden dial with the indices inverted to black. The final watch, the GD010GB-1A9, is the most subtle of them all — due largely to its full-digital display — but it still has a golden ring around the dial and gold G-Shock lettering at the top of the case.

Glitz and glamor go hard
As eye-catching as these watches are, there’s an even more imperative element at work here: they’re still G-Shock watches. And that comes with some big expectations.
Not that it was ever in question, but these watches are just as balls-to-the-wall tough as the brand’s offerings have always been. Furthermore, they’re fully equipped with the same massive array of complications and other features brand fans have come to expect.

Apple infamously hasn’t brought wireless charging to its iPad line, but this nifty charging cable seemingly does just that. The Kuxiu M30 magnetically attaches to the Smart Connector pins on the back of the iPad Pro or Air, which are typically used to connect its various accessories, and charges it at up to 35 watts. This allows you to charge the iPad while also freeing up its USB-C port, so you can simultaneously connect other accessories, such as an SSD or your camera. While it might seem odd at first, the marriage of single malt whisky and tea is pure, unadulterated genius. And The Macallan’s latest collaboration — a partnership with Jing — capitalizes on it in two ways. The first is Inspired By Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea, “a rare and aromatic oolong tea traditionally grown in the Phoenix Mountain range of Guangdong, China.” The second is Inspired By Organic Cherrywood Lapsang Tea, “a reinvented take on Lapsang Souchong, delicately smoked over cherrywood in the UK.” Both are aged in both American and European sherry casks, and they’re sure to be a unique treat for anyone lucky enough to get a bottle (or two).

The Eccentrica V12 is a restomod of the legendary Lamborghini Diablo that keeps most of the design language from the ’90s supercar icon but loads it up with modern upgrades inside and out. The Titano version takes things further by transforming the road-going car into a legitimate track weapon by equipping it with a newly tuned suspension, a remapped ECU, a new carbon wing and forged carbon wheels, a motorsports-derived steering wheel and more. With just 19 Eccentrica V12 cars being produced across three variants, the Titano is extremely limited, but you can try your luck at obtaining one by contacting Eccentrica.

Tyler the Creator collaborated with Converse to revive the Naut-1 from the American sneaker brand’s archive. It is a mid-century deck sneaker with a cotton canvas upper, a scored rubber outsole for traction on wet surfaces and high rubber foxing for durability. It comes with flat cotton laces and alternative thick polyester spun laces. In addition to the green and white stripe, the deck sneaker is available in red and white stripes.

President Trump consistently states or implies that countries outside of the U.S. are responsible for paying his tariffs to the U.S. Government. This is backwards. When the U.S. levies a tariff on another country, this is a tax on the American importer of the foreign good from the tariffed country.
For example, let’s say I’m a watch dealer based in the U.S. who imports watches from Switzerland for $1,000 each. And let’s say that, like Christopher Ward, I mark those watches up by three times what I pay for them. That means I sell these watches at $3,000 each and make a profit that’s 200 percent above cost.
Now, along comes a 39 percent tariff. Suddenly, my cost to import those watches has increased from $1,000 to $1,390 each. In order to maintain my profits at 200 percent above cost, I’ll be charging $4,170 per watch — an increase of $1,170, or 39 percent.

To illustrate what this looks like on some real watches, I played around on CW’s website. The Bel Canto with a Fine Leather Strap retails for $3,895, making the flagship chiming watch one of the pricier pieces offered by Ward, but it’s still very affordable for what you’re getting. After entering my address and proceeding through checkout, you’ll see a customs duty charge of $1,754.84, which, along with the Connecticut sales tax of $247.33, brings the new total to $5,897.17 — nearly $6,000.
OK, let’s try it with a dive watch. How about the classic Trident Pro 300? It’s a mere $1,095 on a bracelet — a crazy bargain. We have our CT tax of $69.53 and a customs duty of … $529.28, for a total price of $1,693.81. Decidedly less of a bargain.

Two legendary names in British men’s fashion have teamed up to celebrate the 60th anniversary of one of James Bond’s most stylish films, Thunderball, with faithful reissues of the classic camp collar shirts worn by 007 in the movie. Mr. Fish, the eponymous brand of the late designer Michael Fish, who designed the iconic cocktail cuff shirts for Turnbull & Asser that Sean Connery wore throughout his run as Bond, and the namesake brand of the late Anthony Sinclair, who tailored Connery’s suits in the films, are the English dream team behind the new collab. The result is a dynamic and expansive sound in a pair of easy-to-drive headphones (impedance is under 35 ohms). Additionally, the earbuds are beautifully designed, with precision CNC-machined titanium shells and titanium damascus-finished faceplates (similar to that of a custom knife). According to the brand, the Kronos IEMs are “designed to satisfy audiophiles, collectors, and enthusiasts alike.”

Unless you’ve been living under a (wifi-free) rock, you’ve likely noticed a significant uptick in the quantity of smaller motorcycles popping up all over the world.
Heck, even big bike stalwarts like Harley-Davidson are recognizing the demand for more affordable and approachable bikes; the legendary American manufacturer recently announced plans for a sub-$6,000 bike that should land in the 400cc to 500cc range.
Meanwhile, brands such as BSA, Kawasaki and Triumph continue tapping into the trend with a number of small wonders, including several we are crossing our fingers make their way to US shores soon.

2026 Kawasaki Versys 650
Along with stunning paint schemes, this bike boasts a 649cc parallel-twin engine that makes 66.1 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 44.9 Ib-ft of torque at 7,000 rpm, more than enough power to zip through gridlock and rip through twisties. Keeping things safe and comfortable are responsive disc brakes, Kawasaki’s own traction control system and solid suspension: a 41mm inverted telescopic fork, with adjustable rebound damping and adjustable preload, plus a single rear shock with remote spring preload adjustability.

This small wonder packs a liquid-cooled, DOHC 125cc single-cylinder engine making 14.48 horsepower at 9,500 rpm and 8.51 pound-feet of torque at 8,000 rpm. The seat height of 31.3 inches is not low, but together with a curb weight of 315 pounds, it should be manageable for many beginners. Adding to the approachability is a slipper clutch, a 33mm upside-down fork with 130mm (5.1 inches) of travel, an adjustable multilink rear shock and dual discs with ABS.
BSA Motorcycles
2025 BSA Bantam 350
Deriving its name from a bike that debuted 77 years ago, this attractively retro-styled 6-speed features a liquid-cooled, four-stroke 334cc single-cylinder making 29 horsepower at 7,750 rpm. For comfortable handling, the Bantam 350 has telescopic forks offering 4.3 inches of front travel and two pre-tensionable rear shock absorbers providing 3.9 inches in back, plus Bybre disc brakes and ABS. With a 399-pound curb weight and 31.4-inch seat height, it should be approachable for beginners, too.

2026 Suzuki GSX-R1000R
Just in time for the 40th anniversary of the original Gixxer, a number of GSX-Rs are getting meaningful updates, headlined by this one. In compliance with Euro 5+ emission and noise regulations, the new R1000R features a 998cc inline-four engine making 192.4 horsepower at 13,200 rpm and 81.1 lb-ft of torque at 11,000 rpm. It also boasts modern Suzuki tech, including a 3-axis, 6-direction IMU, tracking pitch, roll and yaw movement, Suzuki’s Clutch Assist System and a bi-directional quickshifter.

2025 BSA Scrambler 650
Inspired by old-school BSA bikes like 1970 B25, this multi-surface marauder boasts the same scrappy engine as BSA’s recently reintroduced Gold Star: a liquid-cooled 652cc single cylinder making 45bhp at 6,500rpm and 40.5 lb-ft at 4,000 rpm. While it’s probably best to keep the off-roading “light,” the Scrambler 650 does have a number of dirt-ready features, including knobby Pirelli Scorpion STR tires (19-inch front, 17-inch rear), a bash plate, 41mm telescopic forks and dual shocks with a 5-setting preload.

The Mako is the Orient’s most popular dive watch, but the Kamasu, which means “barracuda” in Japanese, has a more classic look. It has lume-filled geometric applied indices and an arrowhead hour hand.
With 200m water resistance, the Kamasu actually outperforms the modern Seiko 5 Sports dive watch collection in the water. It also has a similar engine under the hood. So, all things considered, Orient has its cousin beat in the entry dive watch department.

Orient created a whole suite of watches to celebrate its 75th anniversary, but the most classic option is the Bambino IX, which has a day subdial and moonphase. The dial is accented with heat-blued hands and applied Roman numeral indices.
The standout feature of the dial is the brand logo. For the anniversary collection, Orient brought back its original script logo from the 1950s, but it only appears on six references, including two of the Snoopy collaborations.

With a curb weight of 377 pounds and seat height of 30.9 inches, the Ninja 500 is particularly welcoming to both beginners and smaller riders.
But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t pack a punch. Tapping perfectly into a growing trend of smaller-displacement bikes, the 451cc parallel twin engine makes 51 hp at 10,000 rpm and 31.7 lb-ft of torque at 7,500 rpm.
While the bike does have a reliable brake and suspension system, I might suggest beginners shell out a few hundred extra bucks to add ABS, which could save you from a dangerous slide if you have to brake suddenly.

Either way, with a top speed well over 100 miles per hour, this little Ninja can serve as a pretty pulse-pounding introduction to Kawasaki’s extensive line of sport and supersport bikes.

When Apple rolls out iOS 26 in just over a month’s time, it’s going to give your iPhone a pretty simple — yet really useful — new charging feature that you’ll use all the time.
Specifically, when you start charging your iPhone, it will tell you exactly how long it will take until it’s fully charged.

Apple has already released the public beta of iOS 26, providing us with our first experience of the upcoming features. One of these is the new charging estimate feature.
When you start charging an iPhone running iOS 26, either via a wired or wireless connection, the Lock Screen will display the current charge level and the estimated time to reach 80% charge. This way, you can leave your iPhone charging and come back exactly when it’s ready to go.
However, there’s one caveat: Once the iPhone’s charge gets 80% or higher, the charge estimate disappears from the Lock Screen.

The oversized subdial at 6:00 features the iconic “D” logo of the manga along with a red small seconds hand. To the right of this we’ve got a 4:30 date window that’s color-matched to the black lower portion of the dial, along with some Japanese text referencing the Fujiwara Tofu Shop just above 4:00. There’s no other text on the dial outside of the Seiko wordmark at 12:00, which is great: I hate when collab watches go overboard with the secondary branding. This has more of an IYKYK feel.
The case is in stainless steel and measures 40mm across. It looks to be mostly brushed, as does the three-link steel bracelet. The stainless steel tachymeter bezel, meanwhile, appears to have a polished finish, as do the pump-style pushers and a chamfer along the lugs. The closed caseback features the Initial D logo along with the watch’s number from 1 – 1,995, with the limited run coinciding with the year the manga made its debut.
Rounding out the specs, we’ve got a Hardlex crystal, 100m water resistance, a thickness of 12.8mm and a lug-to-lug distance of 47mm.

Pricing and Availability
As far as collabs go, this looks really good. Even without the Initial D connection, the dual-panda scheme looks cool, and the connections to a cult-favorite Toyota drift machine and gearhead-endorsed manga only sweeten the pot.
The watch is limited to 1,995 pieces, so while fairly rare, it’s a big enough number that I don’t expect these to sell out crazy fast. However, as I could hardly find any official info on this release anywhere, I strongly suspect it’s intended for the Japanese market only, meaning any American buyers will likely have to pay a premium to get one.

The Citizen collection now has visual refinements that arguably outclass Grand Seiko’s quartz models, which are currently all made of steel and still cost over $1,000 more.
Alongside the reference AQ4100, Citizen also released the reference AQ4106, which has a rose gold DLC-coated case and a Duratect Sakura Pink dial that resembles white clouds with a rosy hue at sunset.

Both watches are complete with genuine crocodile leather straps, fitted with Super Titanium folding clasps. If you’re more concerned with accuracy than an automatic movement, The Citizen is starting to look like a more appealing value than its vaunted competitor.

Grand Seiko has always been in a class of its own when it comes to dial textures. Along with Zaratsu polishing and Spring Drive movement technology, it has been a trademark feature of the elite watchmaker.

Ian Callum took to Instagram to announce that the firm would be accepting commissions for a shooting brake version of the Aston Martin Vanquish. Even though the image is of a pre-production concept, the possibility of it hitting the road is very real.
After all, with enough money to fund a bespoke vehicle, who wouldn’t want to see an Aston Martin Vanquish realized as a raked-out hatch? From tip to tail, the station wagon is stunning.

Just last week, Onkyo revealed that it’s adding an all-new CD player to its upcoming Icon Series of hi-fi components (scheduled to be released this fall).

Audemars Piguet is sometimes criticized as being a one-trick pony due to the iconic Royal Oak‘s outsized presence in its catalog, with three of the brand’s four current collections consisting soley of different types of Royal Oaks. (Technically, there are five collections, but the fifth has just two watches that were released over a five-year period, neither of which is still available.)
This criticism comes largely from a place of love. As one of the “Holy Trinity” of high Swiss watchmaking, AP has an illustrious back-catalog filled with countless covetable references that, unfortunately, have no modern equivalent.
But Audemars has quietly been addressing this frequent criticism lately by elevating its only non-Royal Oak collection, the Code 11.59. While met with a lukewarm reception when it debuted in 2019, the line has been grown to be something of a dark horse in the market thanks to an ever-increasing stable of desirable models. For example, when AP unveiled its impressive new perpetual calendar calibre earlier this year, it did so with a Code 11.59 — not the Royal Oak (though that came very shortly after).
Now, AP has once again turned to the Code 11.59 for a very cool creation. In fact, it’s probably my favorite watch from the brand this year.

Buried in the Code 11.59 catalog is the Starwheel, a unique watch with a wandering hours complication. This type of complication consists of three discs (or other objects) on the dial, each with four numerals equally spaced apart. The discs are all in constant incremental movement along the dial so that, one by one, they align with a stationary minute track to tell the current time. Every time the hour changes, the next disc moves into place with the next hour ready to go.
The Starwheel — which is a spectacular name for such a watch, btw — features a partially skeletonized outer case of white gold around an inner case in black ceramic, while its dial boasts a dark blue aventurine backdrop for a trio of rotating black PVD aluminum discs that tell the hour against a minute track located between 10 and 2.
