If you’re having a debate with your significant other about whether or not to join the cult of Instant Pot, it being as cheap as it has ever been ($60!) should end that discussion rather quickly. But what to do now? You’ve got the greatest hit in homecooking in the last decade coming to your door in a day or two, and you’ve (probably) never used one.

The book runs through a range of regional cuisines and establishes a nice baseline of recipes from which you’ll build off.

Those who invested in other new-age cooking gadgets aren’t out of luck either — a beautiful and instructive sous vide cookbook that’s more than 50 percent off (almost fully claimed!), a cheesy but useful primer on spiralizing that’s 40 percent off and even a few bucks off an air fryer cookbook, if you decided to waste a few dollars on one of those (I’m not sorry).
