This year’s Prime Day has turned out to be a great time to pick up a new pocket knife, and we’re still finding more buried in Amazon’s never-ending box of stuff. This time, there are three folding knives from Gerber, all of which are already below full price but available for an additional 20 percent off at checkout.
The first is the Air Ranger, an everyday blade built with a slightly tactical profile. Amazon is offering a discount on the all-black model that has a plain edge and a G10 scale handle. The blade is a 3.3-inch drop-point that flicks open fast with dual thumb studs and uses a liner lock to stay firmly in place during use.
Next on sale is Gerber’s Remix Tactical. This one sports a slightly futuristic skeletonized frame but maintains the G10 handle for additional grip. Its blade is three inches long and comes in the tanto shape, which makes for a stronger tip.
The third knife is the utility-oriented EAB. That’s short for Exchange-A-Blade, which sums up the knife’s main feature. It uses a razor blade that can easily be swapped once it gets dull — replacements are available at most hardware stores. The knife locks open, and when it’s closed, the stainless steel frame doubles as a money clip.
All three are already below Gerber’s MSRP pricing, but if you buy any one during Prime Day, you can get an additional 20 percent off, applied during checkout.
