There are a lot of city-dwelling green thumbs out there who are constrained by their apartments. The new Herbstation from Altifarm is here to change all that, giving even the most compact resident room to grow their own food. The Herbstation is a compact indoor farm that makes growing your own produce simple and easy. Using either soil, hydroponics or seed pods, this modular growing container can turn your apartment into a vegetable garden — even if it lacks natural light. It comes packing snap-on magnetic grow lights that use powerful and efficient OSRAM LEDs, bringing the power of the sun indoors. It even has a self-contained watering system that can store up to seven to 10 days of water. Right now, you can pre-order the Herbstation over at Indiegogo for a good deal.

Wolverine Boots
Save 40%: If you’ve been meaning to invest in a new pair of boots but haven’t found the right pair, Wolverine is currently making a compelling case for its hard-wearing styles. The Michigan-based brand is now offering 40 percent off a bunch of boots: choose from American-made lace-up styles including the iconic 1000 Mile boot and the go-anywhere Montague Boot boot. Many sizes are currently available, but with such a substantial discount, they won’t be for long. — John Zientek grey_placeholder

Bose SoundSport Free
Save $80: When Bose released the SoundSport Free around two years ago, they were selling for $250 a pop, but Bose had since lowered the price to $200; this is the current price of the SoundSport Free on Amazon (see here). However, you can currently get a pair of SoundSport Free that have been “factory renewed” on Bose’s website for $120. That’s significantly cheaper than AirPods. — Tucker Bowe | grey_placeholder

Apple Watch Series 4
Save $50: The Apple Watch Series 4 (GPS) is the Apple Watch that most people should buy. It’s the best-looking smartwatch with the biggest and brightest display that Apple has ever created; plus it has all the new features that the Series 3 lacks, including fall detection, a built-in EKG and a variety of fitness features. This model lacks built-LTE, however, but I’d argue that most people don’t need to use their Apple Watch as a phone, nor do they want to pay the extra $10 each month on their phone bill. Right now you can save $50 on either the 40mm or 44mm model. If you’re looking for an even cheaper deal and you’re cool with buying the older Apple Watch, the Series 3 (GPS) is selling for just under $200. — Tucker Bowe |
